Filip Noterdaeme (born March 3, 1965, in Brussels) is a New York-based artist, writer, and teacher. He is the founder of the Homeless Museum of Art and the author of The Autobiography of Daniel J. Isengart (Outpost19, 2013) and the forthcoming Growl and Other Poems (Lit Fest Press, 2016). He is a gallery lecturer at the Guggenheim Museum and assistant professor of art history at the New School and the City University of New York. He also writes a blog on contemporary art for the Huffington Post.
